Letsdial offers three types of phone numbers.
- You can call your customers at no cost using toll-free numbers. Toll-free numbers in the USA and Canada start with the 1-800 or 1-866 prefix. They are either 0-800 numbers in the UK or 0-808 numbers.
- A designated area code or city code assigns local phone numbers to a specific geographic area.
- While national phone numbers can be used to make local calls from any country, they are not assigned to any particular city. There are many countries that have national phone numbers, such as France, Spain, and the UK.
We have phone numbers for over 120 countries and more than 1000 cities.
Telling your customers that you are from another country is the only way for them to know. For added authenticity, we offer international ringback tone options.

Simultaneous forwarding of calls to multiple phones simultaneously After answering the call, all other phones stop ringing.

You can create voice menus that recognize DTMF tones or telephone pad inputs with our system. So, all incoming calls will go to the correct department or extension. You may also hear IVR called by an automated attendant, voice menu or phone tree. One example of an IVR prompt is “Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Technical Support
You can manage your calls using Time/Day routing. This allows you to route calls according to the day and time of the week. You can for example, forward calls during business hours to your main call center and to your offshore call center, or to voice mail during the evenings.
There are many options for failover routing. If one PSTN route is down, there are many others to replace it. If your primary ring-to number stops working, you can set up backup ring-to numbers. We offer PSTN backup for customers who use SIP forwarding.
Fax2MyEmailSM allows you to receive faxes on the same number as you receive voice calls. Our network receives faxes and converts them into a.pdf/.tiff file. The file is then sent to the email address you have specified. Secure PDF files can be encrypted.
VoiceMail2MyEmailSM converts voicemails into an audio file (.wav), which is sent to any number you choose. Your Online Control Center allows you to access voicemails.
We route most calls over PSTN, and can provide failover routing if any of your lines have problems. We can also route calls via SIP with PSTN backup.
